Test Center Complaints
Test center complaints for TASC and TASC-ASL tests must be submitted in writing by mail, e-mail or fax. Complaints must be received no later than seven days after your test date.

Test Question Inquiries

If you think there is a problem with the way the interview was conducted that affected your ability to sign effectively, tell the test administrator as soon as you finish the test interview, or immediately write to the address listed below.

In your letter, state the name and address of the center, and the test date and name of the test.
