Educator Preparation Programs (EPPs)
Who Can Use This Section?
EPPs that are given authorization by the State Board for Educator Certification (SBEC) can access this section to review information regarding examinees who are registered to test.
To obtain authorization, go to "Entity User Login Information" on the SBEC website and complete the authorization form.
Once SBEC receives the completed authorization form, the individual whose e-mail is listed as the user will be sent a username, password, and web address (generally within 24 hours, except Saturday and Sunday) allowing access to the SBEC Online system. NOTE: Access to the ETS site requires a separate username and password.
What Is Available?
In this section, EPPs can view a list of candidates registered for testing on a real-time basis; access reports (roster reports, score reports, summary reports, etc.); and order representative tests.

It is important to keep the information for your institution current so materials such as Registration Bulletins can be sent to the proper person and location. Please send updates to OS_Internet@ets.org and be sure to update your SBEC profile as necessary.

If you need a quick overview on how to view score reports, how to view roster reports, or you simply need to learn how to access ETS's online administrative portal, please plan to participate. Existing Users
New Users - See the steps below before going to login.
STEP 1
You must have authorization to access the information on this site. To obtain authorization, go to the SBEC website and follow the steps provided for gaining access to SBEC Online.
Once SBEC receives the completed authorization form, you will be provided an initial username, password, and web address. However, the password you will be given is only for the SBEC Online system. For your initial login to the ETS site, you must request a username and password by contacting EPPAdmin@ets.org. Once you receive your ETS username and password, you will be able to log into the ETS site.
STEP 2
Log in to the site. Enter the username and password sent to you from EPPAdmin@ets.org in both the username and password fields and click "login." You will be able to change your password after logging into the ETS site.
If you have trouble logging in to the site, contact EPPAdmin@ets.org.
STEP 3
Choose a menu item in the upper left-hand corner of the screen. This area is divided into the functional areas that appear in the menu. The menu expands, showing the selection options that are available to you. Your security level might prevent you from accessing and using some capabilities. The "Home" button in the upper right-hand corner returns you to the "Welcome" page and the "Help" button accesses the help file.
