Monday Testing

Monday testing will be arranged only for those whose religious convictions prevent them from testing on Saturday or those who are members of the U.S. Armed Forces and have duties which prevent them from testing on Saturday. Monday test administrations are held on the Monday following the regular administration. To register, you must submit the following by mail:

  • A completed registration form
  • Correct fees
  • A letter signed by your cleric on letterhead stationery confirming your affiliation with a recognized religious body that observes its Sabbath on Saturday,or a copy of your military duties.

Telephone and online registration is not available for Monday testing. Registration forms are available in the appropriate Registration Bulletin. When completing your registration form, leave the test center code number and test center name blank. Fill in the city and state where you wish to test. You will be assigned to the closest available test center. Registration forms must be received by the late registration deadline.

Examinees registered for Monday testing cannot reschedule online; they may only reschedule using the Change Request Form in the Registration Bulletin. These requests must be received by the late registration deadline.

Nonstandard Testing Accommodations

Nonstandard testing accommodations are available for test takers with disabilities who meet ETS eligibility criteria. The 2007-08 Bulletin Supplement for Test Takers with Disabilities contains contact information, registration procedures, and forms. The Supplement should be used in conjunction with the information and registration form in the associated Registration Bulletin. The Supplement and all of the Registration Bulletins are available below in screen reader versions.

All requests for testing accommodations must be reviewed and approved before a test can be scheduled. The following must be included in your request:

For Paper-Based Testing: The registration form from the appropriate Registration Bulletin and the proper fee for the test you are taking.

OR

For Computer-Administered Testing: The Computer-Administered Testing Nonstandard Test Accommodations Request Form found in the back of the Supplement. You will schedule your test and provide payment after you receive your authorization letter.

AND

A completed Applicant's Request for Nonstandard Testing Accommodations form. This form and instructions for completing the form are in the Supplement.

All materials must be submitted together or your registration will be returned to you unprocessed, which may cause your test to be delayed. For paper-based testing, you must submit your request for accommodations to ETS by the late registration deadline listed in the appropriate program Registration Bulletin. For computer-administered testing, your request for accommodations should be submitted as early as possible. All test takers requesting any accommodations must register by mail through ETS Disability Services. Online and telephone registration is not available for test takers requesting accommodations. Every effort will be made to accommodate requests received with appropriate documentation.

Documentation review takes approximately six weeks once all necessary forms and documentation have been submitted. Requests for Braille, audio, reader, or large-print formats may require up to eight weeks for production after accommodation approval. We urge you to send in your request for testing accommodations well in advance of your planned test date.

Examinees registered for nonstandard testing accommodations cannot make changes to their test, test center, test date, or test session online; they may only reschedule using the Change Request Form in the Registration Bulletin. The Change Request Form must be mailed to Disability Services, not to the address on the form. For paper-based testing, change requests must be received by the late registration deadline. For computer-administered testing, change requests must be received four business days prior to the administration date.
